- Confirmation of Reservation: Please note that the reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or upon receiving a booking confirmation via email or text message.
- Participant Responsibility: Participation in the husky safari is at the participant’s own risk. The customer understands and accepts that participation may involve risks and hazards, such as injury or damage to equipment.
- Insurance Requirement: The customer must ensure that they and all participants in the husky safari have valid insurance coverage for accidents and health issues. Our company is not responsible for any accidents or health issues that may occur during participation in the safari.
- Weather Impact: Husky safaris are subject to weather conditions. Our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the safari due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or refunds, where possible.
- Equipment: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they and their party have appropriate clothing and equipment for the husky safari. Our company offers necessary equipment, including clothing, for rent free of charge.
- Animal Welfare: We respect the well-being of the dogs and ask our customers to treat them with respect and care to ensure a safe and enjoyable safari experience.

You can make reservation by contact form, e-mail (pauliina@happyhuskies.fi) , calling or WhatsApp (+358 505998488) . A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation through e-mail or text message. Please, inform us of any food allergies and other restrictions.

Cancellation Terms
To cancel your participation in any of our programs, please contact us at pauliina@happyhuskies.fi.
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the beginning of the reservation.
- 50% refund for cancellations made later than 30 days and up to 24 hours before the beginning of the reservation.
- No refund for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the beginning of the reservation. Additionally, no refund for not showing up.
